Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Administratively and functionally reports to the Operations Manager. Ensures compliance with established company policies and standards. Responsible for the overall operations of the store warehouse, including implementing warehouse operational standards, checking, and storing items. Enforces cleanliness, safety, and supervises warehouse personnel.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in warehousing.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal skills, and good English communication.
- May be required to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of MS Applications and familiarity with retail systems like JDA (MMS).
