Jollibee Foods Corporation is looking for a committed Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant Manager (RM) in meeting sales objectives. The ARM will take the initiative in recommending promotional activities and play a vital role in the effective execution of store programs aimed at boosting sales.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or a related business field.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-focused industry.
- Excellent customer management skills.
- Proficient in team leadership and staff supervision.
- Familiarity with store operations, compliance protocols, and profitability evaluations.
