Job Description
Jollibee Foods Corporation is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to partner with our Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving sales objectives. The ARM will play a key role in recommending promotional initiatives and executing store programs effectively.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Hotel, and Restaurant Management or related fields.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries.
- Strong customer management skills.
- Ability to coach and supervise a team.
- Understanding of basic store operations.
