Job Description
The Assistant Retail Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the overall operations of a retail store. Their main role is to assist the Retail Operations Manager in managing all aspects of the store’s day-to-day activities. The Assistant Retail Operations Manager’s key responsibilities include supervising and leading a team of retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase profitability. They must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of retail operations. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
