Job Description

SM Development Corporation is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to recruit, lead, and manage Real Estate Brokers & Brokerages to achieve consistent sales.

Duties: Recruit and develop brokers, meet sales targets, maintain relationships, and report on sales performance. You will help brokers advance from “Seasonal” to “Partner Broker” in sales.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, with 1-2 years of leadership experience in sales or customer service within real estate.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: From Php40,00.00/month
