Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Salesman. In this role, you will provide support to our sales team in various tasks, ranging from customer communication to order processing. You will work closely with our sales representatives to ensure the smooth running of operations and the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales representatives in daily tasks, such as preparing quotes and sales presentations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update sales records and databases
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using sales software and MS Office
- A team player with a positive attitude
