Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Seafreight Manager to join our dynamic logistics team. As the Assistant Seafreight Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Seafreight Manager in overseeing and coordinating all seafreight operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in planning and managing seafreight shipments
- Coordinating with carriers, freight agents, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitoring shipment schedules and resolving any issues that may arise
- Preparing and reviewing shipping documentation
- Managing and tracking cargo movements
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in seafreight operations. You should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
