Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a sensible and quality-focused Assistant Store Head to lead by example.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great customer service and conflict management skills
- Presentation and marketing display knowledge
- Good time management and in-depth merchandise knowledge
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years supervisory/3 years managerial supermarket experience
- Organized in store operations and reporting
- Inventory management skills
- Location: AllDay Supermarket Sta. Rosa
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Experience: Retail Sales Associate (Preferred)
