Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store In-Charge to support daily operations in our coffee bar/restaurant. This role involves ensuring exceptional service for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in store operations and customer service.
- Supervise and train staff, manage inventory, and ensure quality control.
- Handle cash management and maintain health and safety standards.
Work Assignment: Willingness to be assigned to any branch, including GMall – Cebu City.
