- Leads to ensure store readiness and team preparedness for shifts
- Delivers excellent service and hospitality to guests
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store
- Implements local marketing programs and coaches the team
- Builds loyalty among guests and increases sales
- Recognizes performers and updates on critical matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in related field
- Experience as Assistant Manager/Supervisor in F&B industry
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations
