Job Description
Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing excellent service, understanding needs, recommending suitable apparel, and maintaining a global brand image. Key responsibilities include promoting sales, organizing the store, managing daily operations, and assisting the store manager.
- Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
- Keeps the store organized and clean
- Works under varying schedules
- Actively maintains a global brand image
- Assists store manager during meetings
- Manages daily store operations
- Assists in preparing operation reports
- Leads the team in achieving sales targets
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- 1-2 years experience as assistant store manager preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys interacting with diverse groups
- Flexible in schedule and location
Note: Training at Robinsons Manila Place for 2-3 months, then transferred to Festival Mall Alabang upon store opening. (Transportation during training provided by employee.)
