Job Description
HLA Philippines seeks a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience. You will advise customers on apparel, promote sales, and uphold store presentation standards. Support the Store Manager with daily operations, team leadership, achievement of sales targets, report preparation, and participation in store meetings.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years’ assistant store manager experience in retail/apparel.
- Skills: Strong customer service and communication abilities; team-oriented attitude; flexible schedule and willingness to work on-site at varied locations.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Compensation starts at Php19,00/month; final basic salary negotiable during interview.
