Job Description
HLA Philippines is looking for a committed Assistant Store Manager to elevate customer experience and boost sales at our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain a clean, organized environment.
Key responsibilities include leading store meetings, managing operational reports, and achieving sales targets while fostering a positive brand image. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in retail management, along with strong communication skills.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 20,00.00 per month, alongside benefits such as health insurance and paid training.
