Job Description
Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing the store, maximizing sales, and ensuring profitability through excellent customer service, inventory management, marketing, cost control, and staff development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing promotions effectively and on time
- Building customer loyalty and communicating insights to Head Office
- Auditing and ensuring compliance with all promotional activities
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a 4-year course with at least 3 years of managerial experience in retail or fast food establishments.
