Job Description
Edamama is seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the position of Assistant Store Supervisor. In this role, you will assist the Store Supervisor in leading a team to achieve sales targets, monitor sales and stock levels, and coordinate replenishment schedules. Your expertise in analyzing sales results will be essential for reporting findings to management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading a self-driven team to meet sales targets.
- Monitor sales, stock levels, and coordinate replenishments.
- Analyze sales results and report findings to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador and gather customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Must have a college degree.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week at Ayala Feliz.
- Supervisory experience in a retail environment is required.
