Job Description
Edamama, the Philippines’ leading parent e-commerce expanding into retail, seeks an Assistant Store Supervisor to support the Store Supervisor in driving sales and ensuring operational excellence at our Uptown BGC location.
Responsibilities include leading staff to meet sales targets, monitoring daily sales and inventory, coordinating replenishment, analyzing performance results, and serving as a brand ambassador by gathering customer feedback.
- Requirements: college graduate; strong communication and leadership skills; retail supervisory or OIC experience; proficient in MS Word and Excel; target-driven; willing to work in Uptown, BGC.
