Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Supervisor at McAsia Food Trade Corporation. The role entails overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train store staff
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Monitor sales performance and set targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
