Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Assistant Store Supervisor at Mega Screwtech Bolts and Nuts. We are seeking enthusiastic graduates of any four-year degree program who have 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in computer skills, and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Key responsibilities include motivating team members, managing cash transactions, ensuring effective product displays, and overseeing store closing procedures.
