Job Description
Radix HR seeks an Assistant Store Supervisor to oversee store operations, compliance, sales, merchandising, payroll, and customer experience. The role leads and coaches staff, enforces company and mall policies, supports visual merchandising and promotions with the Area Manager, controls expenses and petty cash, and adapts to changing business needs.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or related field; minimum 2 years as a store supervisor in retail or food service.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of local demographics.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site; assignment may include SM Calamba.
