Job Description
Radix HR is seeking an Assistant Store Supervisor to manage daily operations at SM/Robinsons Pampanga. The successful candidate will ensure operational and regulatory compliance, support sales and merchandising initiatives, lead and coach store staff, and maintain a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities also include payroll processing, inventory control, and other administrative duties. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring professional accountability and flexibility in assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Preferred: minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or food service
- Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and MS Office skills
- Familiarity with local demographics
