Job Description
– Identifies and assesses unique business/commercial/technical risks associated with assigned projects and provide solutions.
– Continually evaluates new and existing system proposals and makes recommendations for improvements.
– Prepare new order reviews, transfer report analysis, monthly status reports, and close-out notices.
– Compares customer order with original quotation to determine variances and ensures necessary contractual revisions before acceptance.
– Ensures timely and accurate preparation of engineering documentation for successful project implementation.
Job Qualification:
- Must be a college graduate.
- Preferably with 2-3 years experience as Coordinator/Assistant.
- Technical knowledge in hardware/software is a plus.
- Efficient in MS Office applications, email management, and documentation works.
- Computer literate.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Will be assigned in Calamba Laguna.
