Job Description
As an Assistant to the Director of the HROSS System Quality and Design Section Head, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Director in managing the quality and design processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by organizing meetings, coordinating schedules, and maintaining documentation.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of quality management systems
- Reviewing and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management
- Maintaining documentation and records related to quality and design processes
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of quality management systems and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
