Job Description
The Assistant to the President serves as a trusted partner to the President, providing administrative support, managing communication, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring efficient operations within the President’s office.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support
- Communication and correspondence
- Meeting coordination
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Special projects and initiatives
- Perform other tasks and assignments as may be delegated by the CEO and President from time to time
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance or equivalent.
EXPERIENCES
- 3-5 yrs of experience as Assistant to the President and CEO
- Must be CPA certified
- Willing to travel within NCR
- Willing to accept a non-accounting job and can do executive secretarial tasks
SKILL SETS
- Strong analytical skills are valuable for gathering and interpreting information, identifying trends, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to think critically, anticipate potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement is beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management tools and other relevant software can also be advantageous.
