Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and implementing training programs, evaluating employee performance, and organizing training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Training Manager in developing training modules
- Assist in conducting training needs assessments
- Monitor training progress and evaluate effectiveness
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in training and development is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team
