Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate IT Service Desk Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related problems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus.
