Job Description
Provides first level support on workstations or for applications.
Essential Functions
- Processes and provides first level support for technical assistance and resources.
- Communicates with end users to clarify and define requirements.
- Resolves routine problems and escalates complex issues.
- Maintains call information in the database.
- May handle monthly charge back reports and PC workstation configuration.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- One year related experience or equivalent training required.
- Familiarity with IT equipment and ability to resolve routine problems.
