Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant to support transformation initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies. You will assist in developing change plans, communications, training materials, and impact assessments to enable successful organizational transitions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in change management or a related field
- Strong communication and analytical skills with proven ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or similar change methodologies
