Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Associate to join our Client Support team in CIQ Finance. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in client support or finance industry is a plus.
