Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NICE ContactEngine, NICE SAT Matrix, NICE Engage, NICE IEX, NEVA, NICE Nexidia, and NICE CXOne. Experience in Medicare and Medicaid Claims is mandatory. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our systems to ensure seamless operations and enhanced customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Studio Development Experience in Nice CxOneVoice IVR and Multichannel
- Configuration Admin and ACD tools
- Experience in designing reports and understanding them
- Development and debugging routing solutions using Nice CxOne and Nice CxOne Studio
- Working knowledge of Nice Framework reporting routing and multichannel components
- Knowledge on Nice CxOne Analytics and Interactions
- Ability to architect routing design and development for customers
- Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
