Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting retrospective monitoring as well as live monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing regular retrospective monitoring of business activities and transactions
- Conducting live monitoring of real-time transactions to identify and prevent potential compliance issues
- Analyzing data and reports to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Creating comprehensive reports based on the findings and providing recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance laws and regulations. You should also possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also crucial for effectively collaborating with internal stakeholders.
