Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits for individuals interested in working as an Associate Compliance Analyst at Visa. As part of our team, you will be responsible for conducting compliance audits, reviewing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations. You will work closely with the compliance team to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you will collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance audits and identify areas of improvement
- Review and update policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to business units on compliance-related matters
- Monitor and report on compliance issues, including the development of corrective action plans
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
If you possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management, we would love to hear from you.
