Job Description
Are you passionate about customer satisfaction and retention? We are seeking a dynamic Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure their success with our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing product demonstrations, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with our sales and product development teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
