Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director (Customer Care) to join our team. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care department and ensuring exceptional service is provided to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement efficient customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer care processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Monitor and analyze customer care metrics, ensuring performance goals are achieved and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing customer care strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
