Job Description
We seek an Associate Director of Training to define and drive the organization-wide learning strategy, design scalable programs, and enhance performance through effective delivery. The role will establish a clear training vision and ensure measurable impact.
- Lead and develop a training team; design curricula and blended learning solutions
- Measure program effectiveness and report on outcomes
- Collaborate with business leaders and manage budgets and vendor relationships
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred), minimum 8 years in Learning & Development, with strong leadership, instructional design, analytics, and communication skills.
