Job Description:
- Oversees effectiveness of CSRT operations including safety processes, resource utilization, scope of work, budget, and contractual issues.
- Develops processes and strategies to assist in meeting departmental and company goals.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and global regulations.
- Guides managers, trains project team members, and fosters client relationships.
- Reviews and provides operational input on budgets, proposals, contracts, and renewals for existing clients.
- Manages a team of professionals including interviewing, job description preparation, professional development, performance management, and more.
