Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Director (Tech). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical department and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization’s technology systems and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology systems.
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software applications and solutions.
- Managing and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, including but not limited to networks, servers, and databases.
- Leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions that support organizational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology management and security.
