Job Description
The Associate, Facilities is responsible for supporting the facility management team in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s physical work environment. Duties include assisting with maintenance, coordinating office moves, and managing vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities also involve conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement, responding to employee inquiries or concerns regarding facilities, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to facility management.
