Job Description
Alorica is seeking a highly experienced Associate General Counsel to offer expert legal guidance on corporate, employment, data privacy, and regulatory issues, including compliance with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). Your role will involve identifying and mitigating legal risks, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in labor disputes and proceedings before the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Applicants must possess a law degree and be an active member in good standing of the Philippine Bar, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in multinational corporations. We are looking for a proactive leader capable of mentoring and effectively managing our legal team.
