Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate for Global Crew Readiness Support. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of training programs for our global crew members.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in crew support or training coordination is a plus.
Key responsibilities include scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support to the crew readiness team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of our global operations.
