Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Helpdesk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to end users. Duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to inquiries, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
