Job Description
We are currently seeking an Associate HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department and assisting with various human resources functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR programs and policies
- Conduct recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
