Job Description
The HR Generalist will be hired under a 3rd Party Contractor. Responsible for day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs. Functions as an HR Generalist with core responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and HR administration.
- Talent Acquisition: Fill requisitions with quality hires; ensure new hires go through Orientation; document regularizations.
- System Administration of HR Systems (Workday, CTS)
- Support the HR Manager on different country initiatives.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, Industrial Relations, or Business with at least three years of HR experience.
- 1-2 years in Talent Acquisition or HRIS preferred.
- Preferably from Manufacturing industry.
