Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate II, IT Ops. As a member of our IT Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our company’s IT infrastructure.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of our systems and networks. You will work closely with other IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide support to end-users, and implement necessary upgrades and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of the company’s IT systems and networks
- Ensure system security by implementing and maintaining proper controls and backups
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Document and maintain IT procedures, policies, and system configurations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
