Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate in the Insurance Client Services department. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to our insurance clients.
In this role, your responsibilities will include assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing policy changes, resolving client issues, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation. You will be expected to maintain strong client relationships and provide professional and knowledgeable guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or client services is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
