Job Description
Location: Calumpit
Role Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 day work week
As an Associate Inventory Controller, you will oversee inventory control for raw materials and packaging storage, ensuring accurate levels, efficient material transfer, and timely stock replenishment to support production needs. Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods for delivery and returned finished goods in the inventory system, including receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
- Monitoring inventory levels and planning for timely procurement of materials to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborating with various departments, including Production, Purchasing, and Logistics, to ensure clear communication and alignment of production plans, deliveries, purchase requests, and bidding requests.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory transactions, receipts, and adjustments, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Accounting, or Business Management course
- Entry level to less than 1 year of work experience.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets is an advantage.
