Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Associate Legal Counsel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our organization. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues.
- Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes and litigation.
- Stay updated on the latest legal developments and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
