Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Managed Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and support of our clients’ IT infrastructure and applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for our clients’ IT systems.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud technologies and ITIL framework is a plus.
