Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager in Contract Management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in contract negotiations and management, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate contracts for various projects and partnerships.
- Review and draft contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms fulfill business needs.
- Monitor and track contract performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Resolve contract-related issues and disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, including negotiation and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
