Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Associate Manager IT Support. As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT support team and ensuring the smooth running of all IT systems within the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of IT support specialists, providing technical assistance to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing IT policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
