Job Description
As an Associate in O2C Service Delivery, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes for clients. Key responsibilities include order processing, invoice generation, payment collections, and resolving customer queries.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, maintain accurate records, and adhere to SLAs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel are preferred. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are critical to delivering high-quality service.
